by completing the artist submission, I hereby forever discharge, release and hold harmless Weston Arts, Weston Board of Ed, and its Officers, Agents and Assigns, The People of the State of Connecticut, Executive Department, Gordon Fine Arts,LLC., Sue Brown Gordon, Show organizers, employees, volunteers and the Town of Weston, CT, of and from any and all manners of actions, suits, damages or claims what so ever arising from personal injury and loss or damage to the property of the undersigned while in the possession or supervision of the art show at the Weston Fine Art Festival, all fees will be refunded or credited towards a WestonArts show for 1 year, due to any COVID-19 related cancellation of the show. I agree to personally exhibit July 17 & 18, 2021. The work I show will be handmade by me. All my approved art work will be delivered at the designated time ready to hang and or display.
